Housing Help Services

We can help your NDIS participant find suitable housing. From identifying the right apartments to assisting with the application process, we will support you every step of the way. We will also help communicate between the participant and their landlord to ensure the tenancy agreement is followed.

Support is available to guide or assist with tasks to help the participant secure and keep suitable accommodation. This may include helping with rental applications or meeting tenancy duties.

Independent Living Assistance

We can help your NDIS participant find the right housing. From choosing the right apartments to assisting with the application process, we will support you throughout. We will also help communicate between the participant and their landlord to make sure the tenancy agreement is followed.

Support is available to guide or assist with tasks to help the participant secure and maintain suitable accommodation. This may include helping with rental applications or meeting tenancy obligations.

Disability Housing

This funding is for individuals with significant needs who need specialized housing. Capital Supports – Specialist Disability Accommodation (Capital Supports – SDA) assesses and funds SDA separately from SIL.

As part of our service, we assist participants in communicating with service providers and guide them through the entire process, helping them learn to navigate the steps needed to find new housing independently in the future. This way, participants can explore more housing options and improve their skills.
